Our client, a leading Corporate Service Provider, is looking to recruit a Secretary to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Providing general secretarial support.
  • Maintaining office systems, including paper and electronic filing.
  • Updating spreadsheets.
  • Registering employees for training sessions and organizing them.
  • Greeting clients.
  • Answering incoming calls.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Proficient in MS Office Apps
