One of our clients, an established law-firm and corporate service provider, is currently looking to recruit a Secretary to form part of their growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general secretarial and administration support to the assigned team
  • Maintaining office systems including paper and electronic filing
  • Updating of spreadsheets
  • Registering employees for training sessions 
  • Assisting with billing and internal reporting systems
  • Managing of e-mails and calendars, and scheduling of appointments
  • Assisting with court registry and other legal errands
  • Managing conference attendance, and making travel arrangements where necessary
  • Greeting clients & answering incoming calls

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Previous work experience in a similar role
