Our client is on the look out for an experienced administrative professional to join their team as a Secretary / Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting the partners and lawters in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conferences and other events
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for the partners whenever necessary
- Greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, handling email correspondence and managing calendars
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Assisting with billing and internal reporting systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
Eligible candidates must be fluent in Maltese and English.
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Excellent command in both English AND Maltese
- Impeccable organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong attention to detail & meticulous
