Sales Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €18,000 - €21,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a Sales Administration. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Handling client deposits
  • Dealing with after-sales enquiries
  • Completing all pre-delivery related administration work (e.g., vehicle registration, insurance, etc)
  • Issuing sales invoices
  • Managing the stock management system and reporting any technical problems as necessary
  • Keeping the stock list records complete and up to date
  • Maintaining a client database
  • Handling administrative operations documents
  • Any other related tasks that may be required from time to time

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm - (Saturday: roster basis 9 am-12 pm)

Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • High level of ownership, accountability and responsibility

Education and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Maltese
  • Computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office tools
