Our client operates in the gases industry. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Sales Support Executive to support the salesforce.
The Role
- You will support the sales team by filtering client requests and distributing as per company instructions
- You will take on calls and emails from existing and new clients to address any business requests/queries
- You will do the necessary reporting which you will present to management on an ongoing basis
- You will assist salesforce members with their day to day administrative tasks
- You will manage any complaints arising
- Take on any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
Skill-sets and Requirements
- You must be Spanish & English speaking
- You must have attention to detail
- Can work independently without supervision
- Be a team player
- Have great communication and writing skills
Education & Experience
Be highly IT literate especially in excel and word
