Our client who offers services within the health and service market is recruiting a Rostering Officer to join their team.
The appointed candidate will be responsible for;
- The daily handling of phone calls, emails, filing, data inputting and correspondence
- Manage the company’s on-call mobile phone on rotation basis
- Monitor and maintain client files and database
- Create and amend rostering framework
- Planning, organizing and distribution of workflows and employees rosters
- Liaising with employees on availability and communicating duties and delegated tasks to employees
- Liaise with clients, ensure quality services levels, receive complaints and resolve rostering problems
- Handles the medics coordination, daily and monthly reports and record keeping
- Assist in closing new services and bringing new clients while promoting the group’s products and services
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient level of English and Maltese
- Will need to work flexible hours
Education & Experience
- A'level standard of education or equivalent
- Administration or Secretarial qualification would be considered an asset
