Reception and Office Administrator

Our client, a reputable law firm is looking for a Reception and Office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Maintaining client areas to the highest standard 

  • Answering calls and emails 

  • handling of incoming and outgoing couriers 

  • Managing front desk

  • Assisting in petty cash management 

  • Handling of Administrative Stocks Procurement and the respective process

  • Co-ordination of Routine schedules for Property Maintenance

  • Dealing with general administration work to support other departments and Partners
