Our client, who specializes in business support services, is looking for an Property & Office Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Coordinating and managing day-to-day administrative activities
- Scheduling of appointments
- Responding to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Assisting in the administration of the condominiums
- Issuing employee contracts of employment
- Gathering and submitting visa and work permit documentation for employees
- Assisting in resolving disputes between employees in the workplace
- Guiding staff members on administrative and HR procedures applicable to them
- Managing and organizing office files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English AND Maltese
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Very good administrative skills
- Good coordination and time management skills
Education & Experience
- O’Level Standard of Education
- Previous experience in a similar role or in real estate is an asset
