Projects Administrator

Malta  |  €18,000 - €20,000 

Our client is seeking to recruit a Projects Administrator to form part of its real estate team in Malta.

The successful applicant will report to the Project Manager and the duties will include:


  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Assisting with control of the project schedule and achievement of deadlines
  • Managing social media pages and liaison with clients
  • Assisting with reporting and preparation of presentations as required
  • Site office management and upkeep
  • Organising, attending and minuting of stakeholder meetings
  • Providing administrative support
  • Setting up and maintaining of cloud storage for the project
  • Handling queries
  • Contract administration of contractors under the Project Manager’s direction
