Personal Assistant

Malta  |  €18,000 - €26,000 

One of our clients, an established law-firm and corporate service provider, is currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to form part of their growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general secretarial and administration support to the assigned team
  • Maintaining office systems including paper and electronic filing
  • Updating of spreadsheets
  • Registering employees for training sessions 
  • Assisting with billing and internal reporting systems
  • Managing of e-mails and calendars, and scheduling of appointments
  • Assisting with court registry and other legal errands
  • Managing conference attendance, and making travel arrangements where necessary
  • Greeting clients & answering incoming calls

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs - Uniform provided

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Maltese
  • Smart in appearance, hard working and conscientious
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-pace environment

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Minimum of A Level Education
  • Proficient in MS Office
