Personal Assistant to the CEO

Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributer of FMCG Products, requires a Personal Assistant to support the CEO as well as handle other business support activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently supporting the CEO as required on administrative tasks
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Organising and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
  • Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
  • Screening phone calls, managing voicemail and responding to external calls
  • Sitting in board meetings, taking minutes and compiling reports
  •  

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken as well as Fluency in Maltese
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities
  • Attention to detail, analytical, efficiency and flexibility
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Education & Experience

An Advanced Level of education or equivalent
