Personal Assistant to Directors

Our client is a local food manufacturer and are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Directors. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing the calendar, which includes meeting scheduling.
• Keeping a well-organized filing system.
• Planning and organizing meetings.
• Preparing for meetings through research and preparation.
• Document drafting, including version control and administration of various tracked modifications.
• Assisting with administrative tasks.
• Spreadsheet creation and other basic financial data analysis
• Using the ERP Software to generate regular and ad hoc budget and real financial reports.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Efficient administrative and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Being discreet as the role involves a degree of confidential and sensitive information
  • Computer Skills & Microsoft Office 365

Education & Experience

  • Proficient in written and verbal Maltese and English
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
