Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant

Malta  |  €24,000 - €28,000 

We are currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant to support the CEO of the group whilst also providing administrative and secretarial support as required by the group. These responsibilities include primarily the following:

  • Managing the CEO’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and redirecting and scheduling appointments as necessary;
  • Arranging travels, visas and accommodation;
  • Organising, briefing, maintaining and following-up internal and external meetings for the CEO;
  • Assisting with preparation of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Performing administrative tasks, including data management and assisting the administrative team with ongoing projects;
  • Determining and timely managing matters of top priority and handling such matters accordingly; and

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 2 years minimum work experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent IT Skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Organised, efficient with good time management skills
  • Proactive approach
