Online Store Administrator

Malta  |  €20,000 - €23,000 

Our client is one of the leading retail companies in Malta. Due to company expansion, they are seeking to employ an Online Store Administrator to open and manage the online store. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Own the customer experience section and reply to customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Keep updated records of customer interactions and comments
  • Assist customers with after-sales service issues
  • Prepare sales orders and liaise with the stores and distribution department to execute
  • Plan daily deliveries
  • Collaborate with external service providers for regional development initiatives

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Native Maltese coupled with professional level of English is a must
  • Strong communication skills: verbal and written
  • IT Savvy
  • Excellent customer care
  • Able to work on own initiative

Education & Experience

Previous experience in a similar position is considered an asset
