We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative & Operations Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and is comfortable supporting both office administration and warehouse-related coordination. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the company’s online and marketing presence.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update client records and internal documentation.
Handle general office administration duties.
Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate product information.
Find clean photographs of products for marketing and website use.
Draft product descriptions for submission to the company’s marketing agency.
Upload product information and images to the company website.
Assist with stock-related administrative documentation where required.
Provide flexible assistance across departments as needed.
Coordinate with external partners (e.g., marketing agency).
Support improvements in internal processes and documentation.
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good written & spoken English and Maltese.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
