Office Manager

Malta

Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office and helping to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation
  • Maintaining and upkeeping office equipment and furniture whilst purchasing and maintaining stock levels of general office supplies
  • Managing all internal and external communications 
  • Assisting with the overall general administration duties of the office
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Liaising with clients, staff, and suppliers
  • Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Addressing all employee's queries regarding office management issues
  • Assisting with any necessary Ad-hoc duties as required

Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:00hrs - 17:00hrs)

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Efficient administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Computer Skills & Microsoft Office 365

Education & Experience

  • Qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Proficient level of English and Maltese
