Office Manager


A new Office Manager role is now available within Financial Services Industry. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the overall office functions, mainly:

  • Assisting with overall general administration duties
  • Keeping track of all office expenses
  • Conducting PA duties with the company CEO
  • Finalising tavel arrangements for team members:  flights, agenda, events
  • Overseeing office maintenance and cleaning schedule
  • Assisting with preparation of documents and presentations
  • Organising regular team building events and ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the office
  • Managing petty cash and liaising with the Finance Department
  • Keeping filing organised, both for physical documents and online

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager role or similar
  • IT Savvy - MS Office Apps
  • Excellent verbal and written English is a must. Knowledge of Maltese would be a plus
  • Organised and an eye for detail
  • Able to multitask while working under minimal supervision
