Office Manager


A new role as an Office Manager is now available, reporting to the HR Manager your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing all external suppliers and ensuring that stock levels are maintained
  • Handling shipping and mailing needs 
  • Assisting the HR team with coordinating/ organizing events and team building activities 
  • Ensuring the office is kept in good condition and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring standards are observed 
  • Be available off-hours to handle any unforeseen issues

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Self-starter and driven.
  • Fluent in English and Maltese is a must

Education & Experience

  • 3 years experienced managing a medium sized office (50-80 people).
  • Solid understanding of all Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Tenant Improvement experience (working with contractors during a build out
