Office & HR Administrator

Malta  |  €25,000 - €27,000  

Our client within the Education and Training industry is looking for Office & HR Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing calls and emails 
  • Being responsible for the HR function including payroll instructions, engagements and terminations 
  • Responsible for Time and attendance 
  • Assisting in the coordination of setting up projects, meetings and events
  • Handling other day-to-day administration activities as required

Working hours:

  • Winter hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Summer hours: 7:30am - 1:30pm

Skill-sets and Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset

Education & Experience

Relevant qualifications will be considered an asset
