Office Clerk

Malta  |  €18,000 - €20,000 

Our client is one of the leaders in the supply of solar related products.  As they are growing, they would like to take on board an office clerk.

The Role

  • You will be taking care of the clerical administration of a number of condominiums
  • Handling contracts where necessary
  • You will take care of incoming emails
  • You will do basic accounting duties
  • Handle payments when necessary
  • Assist with office related duties where necessary

Full training will be given

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • You must have an eye for detail
  • Be able to multi task
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a quick learner

Education & Experience

  • Has at least an 'O'level standard of education
  • Be conversant with IT tools like Word and Excel
