Office Assistant


Our client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling internal or external meetings
  • Greeting visitors and making them feel welcome
  • Coordinating office deliveries, office mail and couriers
  • Keeping the office organized and stocked with necessary stationery
  • Providing administrative support and working towards meeting deadlines
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and Partners
  • Maintaining and updating databases and supporting the archive management policies
  • Providing general upkeep support of the premises
  • Assisting the wider Office Administrative Team with other tasks including Front-Office duties

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Google, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team

Minimum O'level standard of education
