Office and Facilities Executive


A new role as an Office and Facilities Executive is now available. Reporting directly to the COO your responsibilities will include:


  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office, including but not limited to, front office, event logistics, cleaning, and facilities management.
  • Improving departmental policies and procedures and day-to-day operations
  • Maintain and upkeep office equipment and furniture whilst purchasing and maintaining stock levels of general office supplies
  • Be responsible for 
    • Supporting, assigning and managing administration staff including front office, housekeeping and courier services.
    • Maintaining office condition and cleanliness and be the first point of contact for facilities management
    • Planning and coordinating in-house and off-site events while ensuring meeting rooms are adequately

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Professional level of English and Maltese is required - written and verbal
  • IT Savvy
  • Proven communication and organisation abilities
  • Good leadership skills
  • Excellent time management

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roles is required
  • A Degree in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset
