Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €24,000 - €28,000 Annually 

Our internationally known client is growing and with exposure in Italy, Switzerland and Romania, they are now growing their team in Malta and looking for an Office Administrator.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the office environment.
  • Assisting with any questions or queries and handling travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Working with senior management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems  
  • Helping to ensure compliance with immigration regulations for international students.  
  • Managing student recruitment and administrative tasks, including registration and induction processes.  
  • Performing other general duties as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in both English and Maltese.
  • Strong people skills with a positive a can-do approach.

Education and Experience

  • Level 6 Degree
