Office Administrator


Our client is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Assist the Accounts and Purchasing team
  • General Office duties, filing paperwork, data inputting
  • Updating the company database
  • Handling purchase orders and liaising with the Purchasing department for issue of stock cards
  • Other administrative duties required by the business

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Maltese
  • Previous experience in Purchasing and Administration
  • Proficient on MS Office

A' level standard of education
