Office Administrator


Our client, an established company in the building services, is seeking an Office Administrator, reporting to the Administration Manager your responsibilities will include: 

  • Handling the day to day office duties including handling correspondence and greeting visitors
  • Administrative duties related to Projects and the office in general
  • Keeping a well organized internal filing system and office records
  • Dealing with entities on work permit and job permit applications
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Have excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese
  • Be well organised and able to multitask
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision

Education & Experience

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar post
  • Be proficient in MS office applications
