Office Administrator

Malta  |  €17,500 - €23,500 

Our client, a leading food production company in Malta is looking for an Office Administrator to support the Maintenance Manager and will provide support to the maintenance team by carrying out general administrative duties, including updating databases and reports. Your other duties will include:

• Processing and reporting of recorded data
• Placing departmental orders and following up on invoices
• Monitoring and processing of team’s time and attendance
• Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, including signatures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure we deliver optimum service
• Support the implementation of procedures and policies as required
• Assisting the Department manager with administrative duties
• Any other duties as may be required from time to time

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Be IT literate, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Possess excellent reporting and communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Be meticulous and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and analytical thinking

Education & Experience

  • Knowledgeable of Time and Attendance Software like Shireburn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Maltese and English
