Our client, a well-known law firm is looking to recruit an Office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administration and maintenance of filing systems
- Scanning, organizing, and filing client documentation while updating the client database, spreadsheets, and client folders
- Organization of mail and couriers, cheques and credit card top-ups
- Preparation and Dispatch of Company Packs and payment instructions and submitting the relevant documents to authorities
- Drafting company documents and registry forms
- Handing internal calls, Scheduling client meetings for CSOs
- Organizing certifications and Apostilles
Monday - Friday: Office Hours
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in an office environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information
