Office Administrator


Our client is seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to assume responsibility for the general daily administration of the company’s Malta office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Setting appointments and co-ordinate the Managing Director’s calendar
  • Provide full support to senior management
  • Manages purchase orders and invoices and basic finance accounting procedures and processes
  • Office reception duties, phone calls, emails, filing and greeting guests
  • Ordering of stationery and equipment supplies and liaising with suppliers
  • Organize and co-ordinate travel bookings and accommodation

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Basic finance related knowledge and experience
  • Proficient in English and Maltese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Education & Experience

Diploma level of Education Preferred
