Office Administrator

Malta  |  €18,000 - €20,000 

A new role as an Office Administrator (Hospitals and Clinics) is now available. Assisting the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Uploading of government tenders
  • Invoicing clients and issuing of credit notes and receipts
  • Office filing and updating of files and records
  • Other office duties as required from time to time

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Maltese, verbal and written
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and Sage accounting
  • Previous experience in tenders is a must
