Office Administrator

Malta  |  €18,000 - €24,000 

Our Client a new and upcoming CSP is currently seeking to recruit an office administrator to form part of their young, tight-knit team. Reporting to the director, your duties will include;

  • Greeting clients and answering calls in a professional manner
  • Preparation of engagement letters
  • Issuing of invoices
  • Sending statements and reminders to debtors
  • Processing of payments to suppliers
  • Posting of receipts and payments in the accounting system
  • Scheduling appointments and deliveries
  • In charge of general office administration tasks
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests from the directors
  • Opening and sorting of mail
  • Scanning and filing other general administration duties

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience in an administrative function
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative with little supervision
  • Be computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate
  • Be responsible for the agreed duties and be meticulous in your work
  • Be fluent in both speaking and writing of Maltese and English
  • A driving license is also ideal
