Office Administrator

€18,000 - €21,000  |  Malta

Our client operates in the services industry and would like to engage an Office Administrator to join their growing team.

The Role

  • You will be issuing renewal invoices of maintenance agreements
  • You will be quoting new agreements and provide general information as requested
  • Take care of new customers accounts and amending any changes in administrators
  • You will be closing and invoicing all repair/mechanical jobs and send them via email along with the respective job sheets to the condominium administrators

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office and electronic devices
  • Be conversant in English and preferably also Maltese
  • Have a 1 year experience in a similar or customer oriented role

  • Be able to work on own initiative
  • Be a clear communicator and active listener
