Our client operates in the services industry and would like to engage an Office Administrator to join their growing team.
- You will be issuing renewal invoices of maintenance agreements
- You will be quoting new agreements and provide general information as requested
- Take care of new customers accounts and amending any changes in administrators
- You will be closing and invoicing all repair/mechanical jobs and send them via email along with the respective job sheets to the condominium administrators
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office and electronic devices
- Be conversant in English and preferably also Maltese
- Have a 1 year experience in a similar or customer oriented role
- Have a can do attitude
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Be a clear communicator and active listener
