Office Administrator/Receptionist


In this new position as an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be reporting directly to the Administration Team Leader and your duties will include:

  • Supporting the department in ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Handling phone calls, greeting visitors and assisting visitors in their needs and requirements
  • Booking of visitors on-site and preparing the relevant meeting rooms
  • Efficiently managing the company's mail and office supplies in line with the company's budgets and also liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Assisting the rest of the team regarding the coordination of invoices for approval
  • Managing ad hoc requests by Management in line with business needs among other ad hoc administrative duties

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Strong believer in excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Fluency in Maltese will be given preference
  • Possess a strong eye for detail and a can-do attitude

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • A'Level of Education is required
  • ECDL Certificate
