Office Administrator / PA to the Management Team

Malta  |  €20,000 - €25,000  

Our client is an established Group of Companies with operations extending within different sectors and market segments. They are currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator / PA to the Management Team

  • Manage and maintain calendars and diary keeping, including travel arrangements when required.
  • Take minutes, provide records, and track action plans with all stakeholders. 
  • Assist with planning and organising of training, seminars and conferences.
  • Support the HR Manager with HR administration when required
  • Attend phone calls and emails and assist Management with all ad-hoc requests.
  • Conduct presentations, spreadsheets when required, and administer documentation formatting and reports. 
  • Attend visiting Clients and Suppliers.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Must posses strong organisational and planning skills
  • Must be able to work hard on own initiative
  • Must be confident in numeracy skills
  • Must carry a problem solving attitude, be able to multitask and have attention to detail

Education & Experience

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
