Office Administrator (corporate)


A growing audit company is looking to recruit a Office Administrator (Corporate) . Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Handling of Phone calls and Emails
  • Setting up client meetings
  • Preparing annual returns and ensuring documents and general correspondence are sent to clients
  • Typing adjustments in memorandums 
  • Supporting in any other back-office duties 


Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent speaking and writing in Maltese
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software

Education & Experience

Diploma in a relevant industry such as Finance,Banking and/or Business
