Our client running a Notarial Office is currently recruiting for a diligent and mature Notarial Assistant to support the day to day operations of the office as well as the Notary. Your daily duties will include;
- Communicating and liaising with clients
- Assisting in due diligence processes
- Compiling and vetting of documents
- Dealing with day to day registrations including preparing returns and forms to be submitted to Government Authorities
- Doing errands related to said jobs
- Supporting the Notary as required with day to day administration
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative capacity is required
- Some previous experience in a notarial/legal or compliance environment would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel;
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in Maltese and English;
- Be organized, efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- A driving licence
- Based in Malta
Education & Experience
O / A'Level standard of Education is desirable
