A leader in the retail industry is looking to employ a Lead Receptionist. The Selected candidate must be able to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision and be hands-on with a keen eye for detail. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies such as office, food, and First aid supplies
- Mainingting the general filing system
- Answering telephone calls, emails and handling all incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage all business travel arrangements for bookings and co-ordinating all visa applications for management travel
- Proving general administration and clerical support to other duties
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Multi-taskers able to handle several scenarios concurrently and have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Relevant work experience in a large organisation
- Must be able to work independently and manage all projects and tasks in a timely manner
Education & Experience
Must be computer literate and able to use general Office applications confidently, especially Email and Excel
