Junior Office Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €20,000 - €22,000 Annually 

Join a well-established international project management company in Malta as a Junior Office Administrator.

Your duties will include:

  • Preparing daily schedules
  • Maintaining and updating team time logs weekly and monthly into the system
  • Updating client and project details
  • Issuing and following up on fee notes to clients
  • Downloading and preparing tender/public quotation documents
  • Coordinating documentation for Key Experts
  • Uploading tender/public quotation offers
  • Performing general administrative duties within the department
  • Covering for colleagues at reception when necessary
  • Issuing monthly invoices for ongoing cases
  • Following up on outstanding payments based on the Finance department's debtor list

Requirements

  • Experience working in an administration, receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work closely with different internal teams
  • A motivated team player with an eye for detail

Education and Experience

  • Minimum school leaving certificate is required
