Our client operates in the energy sector. As they are growing, they are seeking to engage a Human Resources Management Officer (Chinese Speaking).
The Role
- Assist the departmental heads in the company's organisational structure, department functions and position setting plans
- Assist department heads to analyze human resources needs for the company and its subsidiaries
- Prepare the company's annual recruitment plan
- Take on the company's training programme
- Help with the performance management systems and organisation of appraisal system
- Assist with the management rules and regulations
- Assist with the payment of personal social security and taxation of expatriate employees from China
- Help with budget, calculation, distribution and statistics
Experience & Qualifications
- Have a minimum 2 years working in a similar role
- Having a diploma in Human Resources will be considered as an asset
- Have knowledge of the laws ad regulations related to human resource management in China and the EU
- Be proficient in English and Chinese
