Front Office Representative

Malta

Our client is looking for a Front Office Representative. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and acting as the first line of contact with clients
  • Handling of incoming calls, and emails
  • Handling bookings and diverting calls as necessary
  • Greeting clients upon arrival and managing any corresponding queries
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support as required 

Working hours: Flexible - Office hours/Roster Basis/ Working from home (after probation)

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • IT Proficient
  • Currently based in Malta
  • Exceptional communication skills in Maltese and preferably English

Education & Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role
