Front Office Representative

Malta  |  €19,000 - €21,000 

Our client is looking for a Front Office Representative. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and acting as the first line of contact with clients
  • Handling of incoming calls, and emails
  • Handling bookings and diverting calls as necessary
  • Greeting clients upon arrival and managing any corresponding queries
  • Collecting payments from clients and creating end-of-day reports and carrying out reconciliations
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support as required 

Working hours: Roster Basis day in day out

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills in English and preferably Maltese
  • Currently based in Malta
  • IT Proficiency

Education & Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing or front office role
