Our client is looking for a Front Office Representative. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations and acting as the first line of contact with clients
- Handling of incoming calls, and emails
- Handling bookings and diverting calls as necessary
- Greeting clients upon arrival and managing any corresponding queries
- Providing general administrative and clerical support as required
Working hours: Roster Basis day in day out
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in Maltese and English
- Currently based in Malta
- IT Proficient
Education & Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing role
