Front Office Receptionist

In the role of Front Office Receptionist, you will be assisting in the overall front office operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors at the company’s premises
  • Answering telephone calls, replying to emails and handling incoming and outgoing post, and answering to any tenant requests
  • Replenishing and maintaining office supplies
  • Maintaining safe and clean reception area and boardrooms by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Booking boardrooms and meetings rooms as requested
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team and promote good working relationships throughout the office
  • Attending to other administrative tasks as required

The position of Receptionist is with a reputable law firm operating within the financial services industry with an international client base.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working within the Administrative field
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Currently residing in Malta
  • A good command of Microsoft Office
  • An outgoing personality with a hard working attitude
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Presentable with a sophisticated attitude
