Front Office Assistant


A new role as a Front Office Assistant is now available. Reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring that office systems are maintained according to company policies and requirements
  • Providing administrative support to the management and other teams 
  • Updating databases and ensuring that necessary changes and amendments are regularly made
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies & equipment
  • Liaising with suppliers with regards to any orders or maintenance requirements
  • Ensuring that common areas are well kept  
  • Assisting visitors  and providing support with the necessary transportation requirements
  • Organizing and setting up of meetings for management
  • Preparing visitor passes for individuals and vehicles accessing company premises
  • Assisting with day to day errands
  • Assisting with company event planning 
  • Ensuring filing systems are maintained

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Be mature and have good interpersonal skills
  • Have a clean driving license
  • Be able to work on own initiative

Education & Experience

  • Have an O’ level standard of education and/or administrative diploma
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ideally possess ECDL qualifications
