Our client is seeking a Front Office Administrator to join their expanding team. With a positive, can-do attitude, your role will involve:
- Handling documents for courier dispatch, and managing outbound/inbound mail.
- Liaising with in-house courier, assisting walk-in clients, answering calls, and supporting teams with daily admin tasks.
- Managing the meetings calendar, preparing and clearing Board rooms.
- Coordinating mail and courier deliveries.
- Assisting with data entry, document scanning, filing, and software updates.
- Supporting corporate transactions, drafting documents, and liaising with external parties.
- Handling company administration, filings, and coordinating with service providers.
Requirements
- Previous experience working within a similar role.
- Fluency in English is a must with strong knowledge of Maltese.
- Highly organized and efficient, able to work independently while staying committed to teamwork.
Education and Experience
- A'levels standard of education.
