Our client a leading yachting company is seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their team.
- Responsible for the day-to-day manning and running of the office
- Greeting and hosting clients
- Attend to emails, phone calls, queries
- Maintaining and improving internal processes
- Maintaining website and social media
- Liaise with employees, managers and directors
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17:00
Saturday 09:00 to 12:00
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, proficient in Excel and other desktop applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese
- Familiarity with yachting and boating is considered an asset
Education & Experience
O'Level/ A' level standard of Education
