Front Office Administrator


Our client a leading yachting company is seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their team.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day manning and running of the office 
  • Greeting and hosting clients
  • Attend to emails, phone calls, queries
  • Maintaining and improving internal processes
  • Maintaining website and social media 
  • Liaise with employees, managers and directors


Working hours:

Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17:00

Saturday 09:00 to 12:00

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, proficient in Excel and other desktop applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Familiarity with yachting and boating is considered an asset

Education & Experience

O'Level/ A' level standard of Education
