A new role as a Front Office Administrator is now available. Reporting to the team lead your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day operations and act as the first line of contact with clients.
- Handling of incoming calls, and email.
- Handling bookings and diverting calls as necessary
- Greeting clients upon arrival and manage any corresponding queries
- Controlling inventory relevant to reception such as postage stamps, boardroom supplies, etc.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support as required
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Currently based in Malta
- Own means of transport
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
