Front Office Administrator

Malta  |  €17,000 - €20,000 

As a Front Office Administrator, with a corporate service company your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients
  • Handling incoming emails, mail, and other material
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks
  • Handling day-to-day filing and data inputting
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Implementing and maintaining office systems
  • Following up on pending actions and ensuring that tasks are completed
  • Performing other administrative ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time 

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative

Education & Experience

  • A Level Standard of Education
  • Previous administrative experience is a must
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese languages
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
