Front Office Administrator

​A client of ours, specialising in the Financial sector, is currently seeking to onboard a Front Office Administrator to join their team:

Duties:

  • Greeting clients and answering basic questions about the business
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and routing calls to recipients
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining the office in an orderly fashion
  • Administration of calendar and appointments for senior staff
  • Clerical tasks including, but not limited to, calling clients in relation to documents, filing documents, and keeping up to speed with the daily office occurrences

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • MUST be able to communicate fluently in Maltese, English and Italian
  • Well organised, and meticulous
  • Smart, well spoken, with a professional outlook and appearance
  • Experience working within the financial sector would be considered a strong asset

Education & Experience

Minimum O'Level standard of education
