Our client, a leading Financial Service Provider, is looking for a smart, highly organised and motivated person, to join their team as an Administrator, within the Finance / Audit Department.

Job requirements:

  • Organising and managing the Audit spreadsheet.
  • Solely responsible, and main point of contact, for the Audit administration department
  • Issuing invoices
  • Keeping track of client records


  • O level standard of education
  • Maltese and English speaking


  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous Administrative experience within the Financial sector


  • Must be familiar with Excel
  • Highly meticulous and organised
